Yes and no, not all the domains that we manage and guard for companies and individuals are for sale, many of our clients have reserved the domain for a pending future project, however, the owner may be willing to sell, if you present a convincing enough offer, the owner will probably accept.

We have clients who have closed their company or website, preserving the domain name for future reopening of the business, they are in a restructuring process or to give it another use, but, some clients are willing to sell, most of them at a fixed price and others are willing to receive offers.

We also have clients who keep the domain name only to keep the business email, without having an active website.

It depends on several factors, prices can change at any time, therefore, if you are interested in a domain name, you must contact us immediately, to guarantee the price for 45 days.

After 45 days, the price may change or remain the same. Furthermore, when you contact us again, the domain name may no longer be available for sale or lease.

Leasing with an option to purchase is ideal for companies or individuals starting a business, protecting their brand by securing the domain name. Some companies and individuals cannot afford to purchase a premium domain name when starting a business, while others may have the capital, but are not sure if the business will prosper.
